PERU TOUR OF LIMA, CAPITAL OF PERU (2 DAYS)

DAY 1: LIMA
Upon arrival at the Lima, Peru airport, you will be welcomed and assisted with your luggage by our representative, who will accommodate your transfer to your hotel.
Overnight in Lima.

DAY 2: LIMA / IQUITOS
After breakfast at the hotel, you will be picked up by a representative for a private half-day city tour of the many highlights of Lima.

You will visit Paseo de la República, Plaza San Martín and Plaza Mayor, Government Palace, Archbishop Palace, the Cathedral and City Hall, as well as the San Francisco Church with its vast catacombs, the best example of colonial religious art in the Americas. This will be followed by a drive through the most traditional and historic residential areas in the capital city. Return to your hotel for lunch.

After lunch, you will have a private transfer to the airport, to depart for Iquitos aboard LAN afternoon flight at 15:30 hours. Arrive at Iquitos Airport at 17:15 hours approximately and begin your journey on the mighty Amazon.
