The team at Aqua Expeditions are delighted to report that our Chef Pedro Miguel Schiaffino’s restaurant Malabar has been ranked 62nd in the world by Restaurant Magazine- a jump of 25 places on last year’s ranking!
Noted Peruvian chef Gaston Acurio’s restaurant Astrid & Gaston also benefited from increased popularity rising 7 places to 35. As well as the opening of Peruvian restaurants in international cities such as London, these leaps are further recognition of the rising global passion for Peruvian cuisine.
