Terms and Conditions

• The booking must be made in the name of a guest who has sailed with Aqua Expeditions in the past and never sailed with PONANT EXPLORATIONS.
• Verification checks will be conducted by PONANT EXPLORATIONS’ and Aqua Expeditions’ reservations teams, and guest identification data will be securely shared between the two companies for this purpose.
• Onboard credits may only be used on the designated cruise and any unused credits will not be refunded.
• This offer is valid for individual traveler bookings only and excludes groups and charters.
• This offer cannot be applied retroactively or combined with other promotions or discounts.
• Bookings must be confirmed with a deposit or full payment by 31 August 2025.
• PONANT EXPLORATIONS and Aqua Expeditions reserve the right to modify or withdraw the offer without prior notice.
• The booking may be made directly with PONANT EXPLORATIONS or through your preferred travel agency.
