ESNNA Code of Conduct
As part of our responsible travel policies at Aqua Expeditions, we firmly condemn and disallow the exploitation of children and adolescents
In accordance with Supreme Decree No. 005-2020-MINCETUR that approves the Regulation of Travel and Tourism Agencies, Aqua Expeditions has signed the Code of Conduct Against the Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (ESNNA).
With this, we strengthen our code of organizational ethics and firmly reject, denounce, and condemn any practice related to sexual abuse and exploitation of minors in Peru and around the world.
As responsible operators in the travel and tourism industry, we are committed to supporting the fight against child trafficking in Peru. Our operations are rooted in respect for human rights and the well-being of local communities. We actively engage in practices that uplift and empower the communities of the Peruvian Amazon, contributing to sustainable economic development and creating safe, dignified opportunities for all.
